Hillsborough Spa and Day Retreat is seeking a skilled, professional, and nurturing Licensed Massage Therapist to join our boutique luxury spa team.

Your Role:
- Deliver customized, attentive massage therapy tailored to each client’s needs
- Maintain a calm, polished presence throughout each guest interaction
- Create a welcoming and serene environment from start to finish
- Maintain detailed client notes and support continuity of care
- Support spa cleanliness and uphold our standards of presentation
- Work collaboratively with other team members to create a seamless guest experience
What We’re Looking For:
- North Carolina Licensed Massage Therapist (LMBT) in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (luxury spa or wellness center experience a plus)
- Exceptional client communication and professional boundaries
- Commitment to delivering both technically excellent and emotionally supportive bodywork
- Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming space
- Punctuality, reliability, and strong teamwork ethic
- Desire to work in a low-stress, non-corporate, client-centered environment

Hillsborough Spa & Day Retreat is seeking a warm, polished, service-focused Spa Concierge to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll set the tone for a relaxing, luxurious experience from the moment they arrive. This role is perfect for someone who loves to host, pays attention to the little details, and thrives in a calm, professional environment.
Your Role:
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through their spa experience
- Manage check-ins, checkouts, and appointment flow using Mangomint
- Offer refreshments and maintain a welcoming environment
- Prepare and tidy spa spaces throughout the day (lounges, amenities, etc.)
- Answer guest questions, make product recommendations, and assist with rebooking
- Maintain a serene, organized atmosphere for guests and staff
What We’re Looking For:
- A professional, polished, and friendly demeanor
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and a love of creating beautiful spaces
- Ability to multitask gracefully and anticipate guest needs
- Prior experience in hospitality, front desk, or client service preferred (spa experience a plus!)
- Availability for weekday and weekend shifts
