Spa Concierge (Front Desk) – Hillsborough Spa & Day Retreat
We are seeking Spa Concierge team members to deliver a seamless, high-touch guest experience in a calm, boutique luxury environment. This role is ideal for someone who notices the details, anticipates needs, and takes pride in creating a polished, welcoming space for every client.
Weekend availability is required.
What You’ll Do

Greet clients warmly and guide them through their spa experience from arrival to checkout

Manage appointments, intake forms, and payments using our booking system

Maintain a pristine, well-stocked environment (robes, towels, amenities, refreshments)

Monitor spa spaces and proactively attend to guest needs

Support smooth daily operations, including light cleaning, laundry, and restocking

Communicate clearly with practitioners to ensure seamless client flow

Schedule & Compensation
